In order to request a site assessment, you must complete a self assessment and upload all of the required evidence to the JAG website. Once this has been approved you will have the opportunity to book a site assessment.
To start a self-assessment, log in to the JAG website and click My Tasks > Assessment Dashboard. This will open a new page where you will be able to start a self-assessment for any services that you have access to.
5-year reaccreditation assessments must take place by the fifth anniversary of your last site assessment, or up to 2 months before. Services must book their assessment at least 3 months before it is due.
