Log into the JAG website and click on 'Assessment dashboard' under 'My Tasks'. Your self assessment will appear under the 'Assessment' tab, click on 'Access this assessment' to begin.
Once your self assessment opens, click on 'Evidence' on the side menu.
To upload evidence, you can drag files directly into the dotted box or you can upload up to 5 files at one time by clicking on the dotted box. Your uploaded documents will appear as a list under 'File name'.
To assign the evidence uploaded to a standard (eg. CQ1.2), simply drag the evidence listed under 'File name' from left to right until it matches the right standard box.

Don't forget to fill in your service overview and staffing information. You can find this under 'Service details' on the side menu.
