You can register with JAG at any time. However, to be eligible to request an assessment, the service must have been operational for at least one year at the time of requesting the assessment and the service is currently meeting national waiting time targets. Once you are eligible, please follow the below steps:
1. Please complete the registration form online. JAG requires at least one management, nurse and clinical service contact to process the application. Please ensure that you obtain consent from each individual whose details are listed on the form.
2. Please provide JAG with a purchase order number for your subscription. JAG will then send your service a pro-rata invoice for that year's JAG subscription. For more information on what the annual subscription includes, please see our website.
3. Once this has been paid we will grant nominated users access to the JAG website. Your service will then be able to access JAG’s programmes and complete the self-assessment and quality improvement tool Global Rating Scale (GRS).
You will also have access to attend JAG accreditation training sessions, and your service will be listed on the JAG website as a registered service.
