To register for a new JETS Workforce account, please click here and follow the steps. If you are struggling to gain access to a previous account you held (including JETs and GIN accounts), enter your details on the registration page and it will send a request through to the JAG office to restore your account.

I do not have a registering body - what do I input as my registration number?
If you do not have a registering body, your username will be your email address.
When registering, please click 'Other' in the drop-down menu for Professional body. This will allow you to bypass entering your registration number.

Roles
After registering on JETS Workforce, you will automatically be assigned the role of 'Workforce staff member' at the hospital site you specified on registration. Without a role, you will not be able to access the competency framework and your ePortfolio. For more information on roles, please see the page here.
With the role of "Workforce staff member", you should see the following tabs by hovering over the 'My JAG' button (on the top-right corner of the webpage' and clicking 'My Assessments':
This is where you will be able to access your competency framework, upload evidence, assign supervisors and assessors for sign-off, and upload your e-learning and course certificates.
Completing the competency framework
If you already had a JETS Workforce account registered at a different hospital site, you will need to speak to your current Unit Manager, who will be able to add you to their unit. Your hospital site/unit will need to be updated so that you can assign evidence and competencies to supervisors and assessors available at your organisation. If you do not see them on the list, they may not have been assigned the ‘Supervisor’ or ‘Assessor’ roles. If an individual is missing, please notify your Unit Manager to assign them the 'Supervisor' and/or 'Assessor' role on JETS Workforce. Now, you will be ready to start working through the competency framework, submitting DOPS, reflective accounts and witness statements, as well as applying for training courses.
