I have a registering body - what is my username on JETS Workforce?
Your username on JETS Workforce is both the email address you registered with and your professional registration code (e.g., NMC Pin, HCPC number). Once you have registered your account, either can be used as your username interchangeably.
We recommend registering your JETS Workforce account with your personal email address - this is so that you do not lose access if you change hospital sites/trusts.
I do not have a registering body - what is my username?
If you do not have a registering body, your username will be your email address.
I have joined JETS Workforce from JETS - how do I log-in?
If you already have a JETS account, your log-in details for JETS Workforce will be identical. However, you will need to be assigned the role of 'JETS Workforce Staff Member' in order to gain access to JETS Workforce. If you need to gain this role, please contact your Unit Manager who will be able to add you to their unit.
