- Do we need to register separately as a paediatric service?
- For paediatric endoscopy services linked with adult endoscopy services, should the services be split and managed separately? Does this include separate documentation/meetings etc?
- Is the pGRS designed to simply cover diagnostic endoscopy or does it also apply for services that provide procedures such as insertion of gastrostomies?
- Who should be responsible for completing the pGRS self assessment?
- Are adult endoscopy services that occasionally scope 16-18 year old patients be expected to complete a pGRS assessment?
- For paediatric services that include various teams (eg gastroenterology team, liver team, paediatric surgeons), should the self assessment be completed by each team or by the service as a whole?
- What are the paediatric service subscription fees?
