We are thrilled to announce that the JAG census will be conducted this year, and in anticipation of its launch, we have compiled a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions about the census to assist you.
Q: Do I have to complete two censuses if there are more than one service in the Trust?
A: If the services are linked (eg have common staff, waiting list, policy) than they will only need to complete one census for the linked service.
If not, services will need to complete a separate census for each site. When they submit a census and click ‘done’, if they refresh the census page it should load a new census again for them to complete.
Q: Who completes the census?
All UK services registered with JAG are expected to complete the census. Republic of Ireland services do not need to complete the JAG census.
Q: Where do I complete the census?
Services should be able to complete the census via the 'Census' tab on their assessment dashboard. It may take a few moments to load the census. You can preview our census questions here.
More information about this can be found in our FAQ.
Q: When do I complete the JAG census?
A: All services will complete the census in April 2023.
Q: When does the JAG census close?
A: It will close on Sunday 30 April 2023.
Q: Will my personal data be collected in the census?
A: We only request the name and email address of the person completing the census in case we have any questions about the data submitted. Their contact details will only be used by the JAG office and never be shared anywhere else.
