What is the difference between the "caecal intubation" and the "unassisted (physically)" KPIs?

• The caecal intubation rate is the percentage of procedures in which the trainee successfully intubates the caecum, without the physical assistance of another endoscopist - i.e., the recorded extent for the trainee is caecum, terminal ileum, neo-terminal ileum, ileo-colon anastomosis, or pouch.
• The unassisted (physically) is the percentage of procedures which are recorded as either independent or observed for any recorded extent.
