Once a service has requested an assessment, JAG will review the request and propose an assessment team. The service is then asked to confirm whether there is a conflict of interest with the assessment team.
JAG defines a conflict as any relationship or otherwise which may cause or give the perception that the assessment to not be independent. For example, an assessor working at the service within the last few years.
If you are unsure whether an interest is a conflict then please speak to the JAG office who will be able to advise.
How to complete the conflict of interest section
Under My JAG go to your Assessment dashboard; once on your dashboard click to access your assessment.
Select the drop down box on Assessment and select the Assessors options
Select whether each assessor has a conflict of interest with your service. If yes, please give details as to why.
