Following the assessment, the draft report will be reviewed by two JAG assessors who have not been involved in the assessment so far. The draft report will then be sent to the service for a factual accuracy review.
The aim of the factual accuracy review is allow the service to make any comments where they believe the report is incorrect or does not reflect the service. If anything is incorrect, please click 'No' and add a comment noting the error. This will then be reviewed by the lead assessor and any changes made as necessary.
If you are happy with the report then you don't need to select anything. Once the factual accuracy review has been completed the report will be signed off by the JAG accreditation programme chair and sent to the service.
You do not need to report on progress with any of the actions or recommendations at this stage. If we do not hear from you 1 week after sending you the report to review, we will assume that you are happy with it.
Completing the factual accuracy review
Log into the JAG website, navigate to your assessment and click the ‘After the visit’ tab. In the dropdown, select ‘Factual accuracy’. Click the 'Generate PDF preview of report' button and a draft copy of the report will open.
On the FA page there will be a list of key actions, recommendations and congratulations. You can then review the report and submit your response.
