After the assessment the lead assessor will write a draft report and send it to two independent assessors for a quality assurance review. Once this has been completed the draft report will be sent to the service for a factual accuracy review.
Users can access the FA by clicking the ‘After the Visit’ tab in the assessment window and selecting ‘Factual Accuracy’. Click the 'Generate PDF preview of report' button and a draft copy of the report will open.
On the FA page there will be a list of key actions, recommendations and congratulations. If anything is incorrect, you can click 'No' and add a comment noting the error. If you are happy with the actions, recommendations and congratulations, you don't need to select anything.
You do not need to report on progress with any of the actions or recommendations at this stage.
Once the FA review has been completed and sent to the JAG office, the report will be sent to the scheme chair for final sign-off.
