It’s at the unit manager(s) discretion to determine who should be set up as a mentor and/or assessor on JETS Workforce. JAG doesn’t enforce banding when it comes to allocating assessor and mentor roles on JETS Workforce. Typically, JETS Workforce roles are assigned based on a staff member's level of experience. For example, as assessors are responsible for the final sign off when it comes to assessments this role is often best suited to an experienced member of staff.
