It’s at the discretion of the Unit Manager(s) to determine who should be set up as a Supervisor and/or Assessor on JETS Workforce. JAG doesn’t enforce banding when it comes to allocating Assessor and Supervisor roles on JETS Workforce. Typically, JETS Workforce roles are assigned based on a given staff member's level of experience: for example, as Assessors are responsible for the final sign-off on assessments, this role is usually best-suited to an experienced member of staff.
The roles can be assigned by the unit manager. If nobody else at your service has Unit Manager access, please get in touch with the JETS Workforce team and we can assign this for you.
