Do planned elective therapeutic endoscopic procedures such as EMR or HALO still fit 6 week JAG targets given completion of diagnostic endoscopy within schedule?

The planned follow up work does not have to meet the 6 week timeframe. This is at the endoscopists discretion since the first appointment is the most critical.
