Once a service has been assigned an assessment team the unit contacts will receive an email from JAG confirming the assessment as provisional (this is subject to a no conflict of interest declaration by the service).
Once the service has confirmed that there is no conflict of interest with the proposed assessment team, unit contacts with a JAG user account will then be able to log in to the website and start uploading evidence. The assessment administrator will have a call with the service leads to go through the whole assessment process, including uploading evidence, within the early stages of the assessment.
The majority of evidence will be uploaded within phase 1, which will have clear start and finish dates outlined (listed on the JAG website, see below). These dates will have been specified by the lead assessor.
Services can see what phase the assessment is currently in by clicking on the drop down menu on the Visit tab and selecting Visit details.
