I am unable to log in to my JETS account.

Your username is usually your registration number, such as GMC or NMC number.

Your password should include the following:

• At least 8 characters.
• Have upper and lower case letters.
• At least 1 number.

If you cannot remember your password please click Forgot Password? in the sign-in section. This will open a new page where you can enter your username or registered email address, to request a secure link to reset your password.

• The email subject will be 'Here is your password reminder' and it will be sent to your registered email address from [e-mail].
• If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folders, or contact the administrator by email at [e-mail].

If you are still unable to log in or if your email address has changed, please email us at [e-mail] 

Please note, if you enter a wrong password five times, this will automatically lock your account and you will need to contact [e-mail] to unlock your account.
