Unit contacts are the people that we email or call about anything related to a service’s accreditation or assessments. It is the service's responsibility to ensure their unit contact details are kept up-to-date on the JAG website. Please check this page regularly and edit it as necessary, particularly when any staff changes occur.
To update the contacts for your service, log into the JAG website and click MyJAG > Assessment Dashboard. Select the Site Information tab to see a list of the unit contacts we have for your service.
You can edit existing contacts or add a new member of staff on this page. Each service must have have a medical lead, nurse lead and management lead listed at all times, so you won't be able to unselect these roles.
