Firstly, check that your JETS account is linked to your trust. If you are not, this will prevent you from booking onto courses. This is because your work address is needed to be able to book onto a course. This populates automatically once you are linked to the trust and cannot be populated manually.
If your account is not linked to your trust, please contact your training lead so that they can invite you to the trust. If your training lead is unsure about how to do this, please forward them the following FAQ: How to invite trainees to the trust.
