If a staff member has completed the level 1 eLearning modules, and attended the ENDO1 course, but is not appearing as 'complete' on your unit manager page/extract, please follow the below steps:
- Check that your staff have completed the ENDO1 course and faculty feedback (faculty 1, 2 and course) following attendance at an ENDO1 course. The certificate will not generate to their portfolio until this has been completed.
- Ensure that your staff have uploaded their level 1 eLearning modules certificate to their JETS Workforce portfolio under the eLearning tab.
- If your staff have not logged into the JETS Workforce account within a year, due to GDPR, their account would have been locked. Locked accounts do not appear under the unit manager page. To avoid this please ensure all staff log in at least twice per year.
