Viewing your course schedule/history on JETS
You may view your course booking through the JETS My Course Bookings page, after having logged in. (Your log-in details will be exactly the same as those you use to log into JETS Workforce). This page will list any previous courses attended, upcoming courses you are scheduled to attend, as well as your booking history (including cancellations).
Booking status
On the 'My Course Bookings' page, you can also review the status of your booking:
- "Being Processed" means there are outstanding elements to your booking (such as payment and/or e-learning certificates).
- "Booked" means that all requirements have been met and your place has been confirmed.
Viewing your course history on JETS Workforce
Please note that you cannot view your upcoming courses via JETS Workforce. Please see the section above on how to view your scheduled courses on the JETS 'My course bookings' page.
After completing the course, you will be able to see the course you attended in the 'Course History' section of your JETS Workforce portfolio. This can be found by hovering on 'My JAG' on the top-right of JETS Workforce, clicking 'My Assessments', and opening the 'ENDO courses' tab (highlighted below). Please note that this will only become available once your attendance has been confirmed by the JAG office, following the course.
