Updating your service leads and creating user accounts
JAG asks services to list the details of their clinical, nursing and management leads, as well as any other staff members they want to receive communications about their JAG accreditation. Anyone entered into the JAG website will automatically be given a user account.
To update the details of the your service personnel and/or create a user account, log in, open your assessment dashboard and click on 'Service user accounts'. Under 'Add new user', add the details of the person who needs a user account:
The new user will receive an email requesting that they activate their account and set their password. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you don't receive it within 10 minutes.
If the new user already has a user account but for a different endoscopy service then you will be able to add their details as above to link your service to their existing account.
If you need to change your clinical, nursing and management leads, you'll need to add the new user as above before removing the old lead's details.
Updating your CEO, medical director and nursing director's details
JAG sends your accreditation assessment reports and letters to your CEO, medical director and nursing director (or equivalent), however they won't receive general communications and notifications from JAG.
To change their details, log in and go to your assessment dashboard and click 'My services'. You'll then be able to change their details.
This won't create a user account and they won't be asked to verify their details.
