People who already have user accounts can create accounts for their colleagues as well as remove inactive accounts.
To do this, your colleague will need to log in, open their assessment dashboard and click on service information.
On this page, under 'Add new user', they will be able to add your details:
Once they have clicked the green button to add you as a user, you will receive an email notification. You will need to click within this email to activate your account before you can set your password.
You will then be able to log into the JAG accreditation website, and will also receive communications from JAG as well as being able to delete/ edit/ add other service users as you need.
If you already have a user account but for a different service, then your colleague will be able to add you as above to link your existing account and grant you access.
